Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

- A return request must be submitted within 90 days of confirmed delivery.

- The product must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.

- Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that are empty, excessively used, or tampered with may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the product

- Clear photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit without tracking confirmation.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
