Division Twenty Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully completed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Origin
Division Twenty works with trusted international fulfillment partners.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your shipment may originate outside of your country.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions.
United States and Canada:
5–10 business days
International Orders:
5–10 business days
These delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders when available.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear after shipment.
Some international carriers update tracking intermittently or only once the package reaches the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be required by their local government.
Division Twenty is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks as long as the order is in transit and tracking shows movement or carrier possession.
If your order exceeds 25 business days from the shipping date and tracking shows no movement, please contact our support team so we can investigate and assist.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Division Twenty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders that are returned due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Missing Packages
An order is considered lost only if tracking confirms loss or if the carrier confirms non-delivery.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly before contacting us.
Division Twenty is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Shipping Policy and acknowledge international fulfillment timelines.
Chargebacks filed for delivery delays while an order is in transit are considered invalid and may be contested with the payment processor using tracking confirmation and this policy.
